Organized in partnership with BI-TC & BHA and the professional organizations of the Meetings Industry, the Brussels Job Day "Tourism, Hotels, Congress & Events" can be considered as the sector’s promotional operation for the general public.

Objectives:

- Get companies in search of manpower to meet job seekers in Brussels.
- Inform this target public of the type of jobs available in the sector and the type of training courses and schemes which lead to them.
- Give companies in the Tourism & Meetings sectors an opportunity to make their job offers visible and accessible.
- Show the importance of the Tourism & Meetings sectors for the economy of the Region.

The particular features of the Brussels Job Day for the Tourism & Meetings sectors:

- Place: Brussels Info Place (bip)
- Public: all job seekers in the Brussels-Capital Region, irrespective of their qualification, age or status.
- Partners: under the aegis of the BI-TC, with the cooperation of the professionals of the sector. ActIris helps to provide candidates, having pre-selected a number of them according to the job offers from the employers.
- Employers: some forty companies from the sector that recruit the candidates directly.
